Yesterday I was getting my place ready for the tenants to move in and I met Michael Catalano for the first time and I have to say what a wonderful man Michael is, he was fantastic, arrived on time, I still had some cleaning to do, he was understanding, polite and a sheer delight. My eighty year old parents were at my place helping me and Michael was so genuinely nice to them, really his manners are impeccable, he even helped my dad take a load of brooms and etc down to the car.
