During February and March this year we conducted an e-survey of our landlord clients.

We would like to share the key questions and results with you.

Why did you choose True Property to manage your investment property?

The biggest percentage of clients (40.4%) came to us through a ‘referral’. That result means a great deal to us as it means that we are doing a lot of things right for our clients, that they would refer us to their friends and family.

The 2 other main reasons why clients chose True Property were “Knew one of our team” (25.5%) and “Bought from True Property (14.9%).

Are you happy with the rent being achieved for your property?

97.8% said YES. A great result.

How would you rate the level of communication from your Property Manager?

89.3% of clients told us that our communication was “Excellent” or “Very Good”.

We are happy with that result, however, 10.6% of clients told us our communication was only “Satisfactory”, so we will be looking at ways to improve that result.

Do you use the 24/7 internet access for landlord clients to be able to access financial information about your property?

Only 27.6% of our clients are utilising that ‘added value’ service. So, we need to get better at promoting that service to our clients.

In saying that though, many clients advised that they were happy with receiving their financial information/statements/documents on a monthly basis and didn’t see a need to use the internet portal.

Do you have any other investment properties in Sydney not currently managed by True?

23.4% of clients answered YES to this. So, we need to get better at selling our clients on the benefits of having all their Sydney investment properties with the ONE PROPERTY MANAGER for convenience and consistent service.

How would you rate our overall performance between 1 and 10, with 1 being POOR and 10 being EXCELLENT?

78.7% of clients rated us 9—10. This is a very encouraging result for us. But, we still want to improve on that result.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to refer True Property to a friend,       relative or colleague?

91.5% of clients scored us either an 8, 9 or 10. Once again, we are delighted with that result.
