As we head into April, we want to wish all our clients a safe and happy holiday break! Please note that our office will be taking a short break to enjoy the festivities and observe the upcoming public holidays.
Our Holiday Trading Hours
The office will be closed from Friday, 3rd April and will re-open on Tuesday, 7th April at 8:45 am.
Looking further ahead into April, please also note our hours for the Anzac Day period:
- Saturday, 25th April (Anzac Day): Closed
- Monday, 27th April (Additional Holiday): Closed
Urgent Repairs & Emergencies
If you encounter an emergency repair while our office is closed, please refer to the list below. Urgent matters generally include:
- Gas leaks or dangerous electrical faults.
- Burst water services or serious flooding/storm damage.
- Total failure of gas, electricity, or water supply.
- Breakdown of essential services (hot water, cooking, heating).
- Any damage that makes the premises unsafe or insecure.
