However, it’s not too late to start planning for 2026. What do we mean by planning? Well, there have been many changes throughout 2025 in Sydney’s property market. Whether it be lower interest rates, changes in economic performance or industry reform, there have been various factors impacting your property and the areas that surround it.

To give you an idea on some of the things to consider concerning your investment portfolio, here are some examples of questions we would ask:
1. How long is your current lease period?
2. How does your rent compare to other properties in the area?
3. Are your tenant paying for water usage?
4. Are you appropriately insured?
5. How long ago was your last rent increase?
6. Have you completed a tax depreciation schedule?
7. Do you know the current market value of the property?
